I am a qualified Soft Tissue Therapist trained with the Institute of Sports and Remedial Massage and I’ve run my own clinic since 2021. I see a range of injuries and clients from elite sportsmen to recreational athletes. Not only focusing on sports, a further base of clients are non-sports but have had acute and chronic conditions linked with general postural dysfunctions caused by everyday life.

In 2022 I was part of the team for massage therapists at the Commonwealth Games and gained valuable experience working alongside other experienced therapists, osteopaths, and chiropractors.

I have an extensive background in sport, with personal experience of injuries, of which I can relate to the frustration and the understanding to be ‘fixed’.

My experience in sport has been extensive starting in my early days playing rugby at a representative level for several teams in Wales and England. Progressing from rugby due to the number of injuries, I started a career in endurance running and triathlon to primarily maintain fitness and stop weight increase! I had completed several marathons before having a ‘go’ at a triathlon. Within 12 months I had completed my first Ironman, which has led me to go on complete a total of 27 Ironman events, which includes three 70.3 World Championships, and representing GB in long course racing.

Still not retired from triathlon I continue to maintain my fitness and experience Triathlon has led me to become a qualified Triathlon coach with experience at coaching from elite to novice at swim, bike, run. As a coach of swim, bike, run I can take each discipline and coach to high level individually. This has further enabled me to bring strength and conditioning into a rehab programme to facilitate in increasing range and motion to core muscle groups. My knowledge allows me to advise the best way to improve overall fitness and improve quality of life.

Rugby has always been a love of mine and recently I was pitch side and phys. support for St Neots Rugby Club. My love of rugby has allowed me to link up with an amazing group of players, to help and advise to overcome acute and chronic injuries.

I have been relentless at improving my Soft Tissue skillset with CPD’s in a range of modalities to focus and improve health and wellbeing. Massage is part of what I do, but this is not a ‘one brush fix all’, as there are far better approaches than just massage to repair soft tissue that is not functioning correctly. My training, experience, and interest in getting full muscle range, leading to an improvement to everyday life, is my priority and passion.

However, if you would like just a massage, I have the touch and skillset to let you go away, feeling invigorated and relaxed, from everyday life and stresses. We can even use nice smelling oils and lotions!
