  • Oncology Massage: A tailored service to help health and wellbeing in present and past cancer diagnosis. This is an accredited qualification that focuses on the relationships of oncology teams, family and friends, and individual needs on your cancer journey.
  • Rehabilitation: Offering advice on a range of remedial exercises and lifestyle factors aimed at speeding up recovery, preventing injury as well as improving posture, performance and function.
  • Ultrasound: Used to promote healing and reduce inflammation at a cellular level leading to improved recovery time
  • Electrotherapy: To promote muscle reaction, improve muscle strength, and use within pain relief.
  • Dry Needling: The placement of fine needles being inserted into the skin and muscle, aiming for myofascial trigger points. Akin to acupuncture, but solely focused on a pain area within a muscle than overall meridian energy lines (although sometimes shared points).
  • Taping: Placement of myofascial tape to help increase the blood flow to sore areas in muscles.
