COMMON INJURIES

Postural Pain
Administration ergonomics – neck pain, shoulder pain, lower back pain, headaches, stress, difficulty sleeping.
Runners Knee
Dull pain around the front of the knee. Often caused by a structural defect, or certain way of walking / running. Symptoms include pain, rubbing, grinding, or clicking sound of the kneecap.
Plantar Fasciitis
Pain on the bottom of your foot, around your heel and arch.
Achilles Tendonitis
Occurs when the tendon that connects the back of your leg to your heel becomes swollen and painful near the bottom of the foot.
IT Band Syndrome
When a tendon called the iliotibial band gets irritated or swollen from rubbing against your hip or knee bones.
Calf Tear
Muscle tears in the calf. Can cause long term structural issues of calf function in running and walking gait.
Hip / Lower Back Pain
Occurs from gluteal dysfunction causing lower back pain or gluteal pain. Common in issues related to postural ergonomics.
Headaches and Stress
Tension in the lower and upper neck muscles from postural dysfunction or from impact injuries.
